A property owner has reached out to us for an exterior painting service. The owner needed a fresh coat of paint for their business lease building and it hasn't been painted since originally being built. They want to give their tenants and customers a much-needed fresh look, so we worked closely with them during the 3-week painting process. They loved the final look of the property, and each business owner loved the communication with us during the process. Now they can focus on running their businesses instead of worrying about the appearance of their building!

This Bellevue lease building had never been repainted since it was built, and its exterior was overdue for a fresh look. The property owner wanted the building to feel cared for again, both for the businesses that lease space there and for the customers who visit them.
